4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Observer Prime uses Google OAuth for authentication. You must not impersonate other contributors or misrepresent your editorial credentials.
5. Limitation of Liability
Observer Prime is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime, data retention, or the accuracy of third-party content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Observer Prime shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
